From the North via I-93:

  1. Take Route 93 South/Central Artery; stay in right lane.
  2. Take Exit 24/Callahan Tunnel - Logan Airport exit.
  3. Stay in right lane; Follow "Waterfront" signs.
  4. Go straight on Surface Artery, under the highway.
  5. At third traffic signal (not flashers), turn right onto State Street.
  6. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

From the North via Route 1/Tobin Bridge - $1 Toll:

  1. As you come off the bridge, stay in the left lane and follow signs for Rte. 93 South (Boston/Cape Cod). Stay in right hand lane on the ramp.
  2. Take Exit 24/Callahan Tunnel - Logan Airport exit.
  3. Stay in right lane; Follow "Waterfront" signs.
  4. Go straight on Surface Artery, under the highway.
  5. At third traffic signal (not flashers), turn right onto State Street.
  6. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

  1. Take Southeast Expressway (I-93/Rte 3) North.
  2. Take Exit 22/Atlantic Avenue - Northern Avenue exit.
  3. Bear left onto High Street/State Street.
  4. At sixth traffic signal, turn left onto State Street.
  5. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

From the West via the Mass Pike:

  1. Follow Mass Pike/I-90 Eastbound to the end.
  2. Stay in left lane and follow signs for "Fitzgerald Expressway North/I-93/Logan Airport/Callahan Tunnel".
  3. Take Exit 22/Atlantic Avenue - Northern Avenue exit.
  4. Bear left onto High Street/State Street.
  5. At sixth traffic signal, turn left onto State Street.
  6. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

From Cambridge via Storrow Drive:

  1. Take Storrow Drive East (inbouind) to the end.
  2. Stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for "Expressway/Route 93 South".
  3. Take Exit 24/Callahan Tunnel - Logan Airport exit.
  4. Stay in right lane; follow "Waterftont " signs.
  5. Go straight on Surface Artery, under the highway.
  6. At third traffic signal (not flashers), turn right onto State Street.
  7. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

From Logan Airport, East Boston via Sumner Tunnel - $2 Toll:

  1. Follow Route 1A South to Sumner Tunnel.
  2. Follow signs for "93 South/Expressway South/Downtown Boston".
  3. As you exit the tunnel, turn right, staying in the center lane.
  4. Bear left under the highway, following "South Route 93/Downtown" signs.
  5. Quickly bear right following "North 93/1A" to stop sign.
  6. Proceed straight ahead following signs for "Surface Artery/Waterftont".
  7. Follow Surface Artery under the highway.
  8. At third traffic signal (not flashers), turn right onto State Street.
  9. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

From Hynes Convention Center, Back Bay, and Kenmore Square/Fenway areas:

  1. Follow Boylston Street inbound, staying in the left lane.
  2. Turn left on Charles Street, staying in the right lane.
  3. Turn right on Beacon Street and proceed past the State House.
  4. Turn left on Bowdoin Street, bearing right, down the hill.
  5. Turn right on Cambridge Street, then a quick left onto Sudbury Street.
  6. Turn right on Congress Street, then left at the second light onto North Street.
  7. Bear right following signs for "Surface Artery/Waterftont".
  8. At third traffic signal (not flashers), turn right onto State Street.
  9. At third right, turn onto Merchants Row, then left into Parking Garage.

Reduced-rate parking is available after 4:00 PM in the heated garage in the lower level of Sixty State Street, accessible ftom Merchants Row, off State Street.
